It started with a seed, an idea and vision of the future we wished to see for our children: Godly men and women of integrity and excellence fulfilling their God-ordained callings in life. A couple of scripture helped us bring our vision into focus:
Do you see a man who excels in his work?
He will stand before kings;
He will not stand before unknown men.
(Proverbs 22:29)
and
He shall be like a tree
Planted by the rivers of water,
That brings forth its fruit in its season,
Whose leaf also shall not wither;
And whatever he does shall prosper.
(Psalm 1:3)
Our values have not only withstood the test of time, they have matured from a tiny seed of faith into a tree in full bloom. The natural progression was to articulate our new identity, a new life springing forth from our roots, planted nearly a decade ago. Retaining values and legacy, we have come to the point of yielding the fruit of our children’s future: Cornerstone Christian Montessori School has grown into LEGACY MONTESSORI SCHOOL.
